When I returned the vehicle and picked up mine, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been washed. Not only that, but the lower panel on the driver's side door of my car popped out a few days ago so I was planning to take it to the dealership to have it repaired, and was holding off on washing the car, fearing that water would drip into the door through that area. As background, our company manages the inbound emergency charter transportation for Ford to support continuous production - in fact, we're a 5-time World Excellence Award winner in this demanding mode.   I'm committed to Ford for a host of reasons, including the great people that work in your corporate Supply Chain group.

 

Being in Sales, it is fairly easy to differentiate sales staff - I wanted to advise that you had two stellar individuals assisting me.  I went to 4 Lincoln dealerships in MI/OH, and you had some strong competition… including a team that represented the brand expertly in both Toledo and Cleveland.   And one in MI that didn't.

 

"The reason I came to your dealership in the first place was Briana.  She was responsive, professional, and attentive to my questions after my AutoTrader searches, all via email.  She sent me complete specs on the 4 vehicles I inquired about, cross-checked my wish list of options for each car, and even sent confirmation photos on the one I selected… all in short order. Never met her, but she should be rewarded for this sale, including my decision to pay for Certification (she responded with a complete listing of the benefits shortly after I asked).  Digital sales response is so critical today, and she was 100% on top of it, including a professional email signature. Dave Cheslo, direct sales agent, presented as sincere and interested in my satisfaction.   He even took a fall for the sale (I wanted to see the vehicle in a warm area as it was night when I test drove it, so we drove into the service area.  When he got out of the car to open the door to the garage, he fell on a sheet of ice).    Answers to questions were also punctual and professional… making it easy to close the deal the next day.  I'm sure I could have negotiated a lower rate… but I believe a fair deal occurred here.
